Afternoon Quiet Punch
I had to talk myself into it, but, as usual, I’m glad I did. Easy 20 minute Quiet Punch workout was a little tough on the plantar’s fasciitis, but not terrible. And even though it was an easy/beginner level workout, it still helped me sweat.
